Cleaning and Disinfecting Guide for PVC Collection

Our faux leather / vinyl products are made in accordance with highest quality standards where the special emphasis  is on durability and maintenance. 

We have tested our product in the internal setting to evaluate the impact of cleaners on specific product type as well  as frequency and efficiency of specific cleaners. The testing was done in accordance with industry specific standards  and requirements, as well as recommendations of EU Ministry of Health.

Cleaning and Disinfecting 

CLEANING: Regular cleaning is required to remove dirt and dust and will result in the vinyl upholstery looking its best. Cleaning functions will remove viruses and bacteria from the surface. 

For cleaning purposes, we recommend using damp cloth with neutral soap and any soap based on 1% Quaternary  Ammonium. Soft spung should be used to cleaning the entire surface. Rinse with damp cloth without soaking the  vinyl and let air dry. Use of abrasive sponges or cloth, or excessive rubbing is not recommended for cleaning as they  may damage the material. Cleaning can be done whenever necessary, as many times as necessary. 

DISINFECTION: For disinfecting the surface of the vinyl, we recommend use of 0.5% peroxide based solution,  halogens (sodium hypochlorite) with 0.1% concentration and 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol diluted with water in  1:5 (Water) ratio. 

Vinyl should be cleaned using soft sponge followed by a rinse with damp soft cloth. Let air dry. Abrasive sponges  should not be used as they may damage the protective top coat.
